Lower Michigan Break Bus

The Undergraduate Student Government charters two buses to lower Michigan as an alternative way to travel for Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Breaks.  The buses leave from campus at 8:00 AM the first Saturday of each break and make stops in St. Ignace, Gaylord, Clare, and East Lansing.  The buses leave from East Lansing at 8:00 AM on the Sunday before classes resume, and make the same stops in reverse order on their return trip to campus.
 

The schedules for this year's Break Buses are as follows:

 

Spring Break Buses 2024

Ticket Sales Open: February 1st, 5:00 PM

Ticket Sales Close: February 19th, 5:00 PM

Liability Waivers Due: February 21st, 5:00 PM

Departure Date: February 24th, 8:00 AM

Return Date: March 3rd, 8:00 AM

Please Note:
After a ticket is purchased, it is the student's responsibility to sign a liability release form, which will be emailed to the student after the ticket purchasing window closes. If a student who purchases a ticket does not sign a waiver, they will not be refunded or allowed to ride the bus. If a student is under the age of 18 at the time of riding the bus, they will need a parent to sign the waiver.
